I got a horrible email on Friday from two of my best buds telling me that they may have had a false alarm - and in reality, aren't actually pregnant. It was very upsetting, especially since they were both so looking forward to this pregnancy.

The one good thing that I hope they remember is that it wasn't their fault. I know she started questioning if she should have gone scuba diving - but that didn't cause this situation. So many women miscarry or have false alarms (no embreyo developement) when they are trying to have their first child. This may have happened if she stayed in bed the whole time, too.

I'm sending them both lots of love!
